Required Qualifications:• HSD/GED• 3+ years in healthcare billing• 3+ years of customer service• Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructionsPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelors Degree• Understanding of medical terminologyJob Duties:• Handling inbound call volume within call center metrics guidelines and productivity expectations• Working EPIC work queues as assigned by supervisor/manager• Special projects assigned as needed• Serves as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to handle special inquiries – internal and external• Properly updating account information (registration, insurance, etc.)
