The Certified Phlebotomy Technician is responsible for making copies of reports and distributing to required sites as needed, files copies of all reference lab, pre-employment, and confidential reports in the laboratories filing system, retrieves and makes copies, upon proper request, to the requesting parties, charts copies of all final, cumulative, and reference laboratory reports to all requesting departments of the Medical Center according to Hospital policy.

1. Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or Associate Degree preferred 2. Current CA Certified Phlebotomy Technician license required 3. BCLS required (within 30 days of employment) 4. 2-12 months' previous experience in an Acute care facility laboratory preferred with demonstrated ability to perform phlebotomy on all age groups.
