We are seeking a Chef Manager to join our team!
THIS POSITION IS WORKING OUT OF PARIS TEXAS.
$20-$22 per hour based on experience. Relocation Reimbursement program available for qualified candidates.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Nutritional Services, directs and coordinates activities of kitchen workers preparing and cooking foods for the hospital patients, personnel and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Two years previous healthcare and/or food service experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
